In line with efforts to continuously improve its after-sales service, FOTON Motor Philippines recently relaunched its own locally developed app, the FOTON Mobile App.
The FOTON Mobile App features additional functions such as a Customer Service Satisfaction Index (CSSI) survey, announcing parts flash sales, and even providing rewards to customers. The FOTON Mobile App relaunch/implementation went live on June 1, 2023.
To earn rewards, FOTON customers need only to download the FOTON Mobile App then book a Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) appointment using the app. Once the service is done, a text message will be sent inviting the customer to answer the post-service survey. Once the survey is completed and verified, the reward will be processed.
The Rewards points are as follows:
50 points – for downloading the FOTON Mobile App
200 points – for every successful Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) service booked via FOTON Mobile App
50 points – for every completed survey
Customers may start to claim rewards at 200 points or collect up to 1,000 points to claim the highest reward.
